Autorefill sends you a fresh supply of gummies every month, so you never run out. We charge your saved payment method once a month, and your order ships after the charge. You don't need to reorder.
How much does each refill cost?
Each monthly refill costs the same amount as your original order. No surprise charges.
Will I know before I'm charged?
Yes. We email you 3 days before each monthly charge. That gives you time to skip, pause or cancel.
Is there a minimum?
No. There's no contract, no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You can cancel any time, even after your first order.
How do I cancel my autorefill?
Online (fastest): Scroll to the bottom of any page on our site and click Manage Subscription. Log in with the email you used to order, pick your subscription and click Cancel. It takes effect right away.
Email us at support@spnutrition-us.com with your name and order number. We can cancel any order that hasn't shipped from our warehouse yet. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so email us as soon as you can.
What if my order has already shipped?
We can't cancel it once it has shipped, but you're still covered by our money-back guarantee. Email support@spnutrition-us.com and we'll send you return instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if I've already been charged?
If your monthly charge has already gone through, that order will still ship. Cancelling stops all future charges. If you don't want the order, it's covered by our money-back guarantee. Email support@spnutrition-us.com and we'll sort it out.
