A simple explanation of what happens after you take your gummies.
Think of an airport
Think of magnesium as a passenger trying to get through a busy airport. On its own, it waits in a long line at one gate, and much of it never makes it through.
The VIP pass
In our gummies, each piece of magnesium is holding hands with two small helpers called glycine. Glycine is a protein building block your body already knows well, so it's like having a VIP pass. Your gut lets it through a faster, less crowded gate.
Where it goes next
Once inside, the magnesium lets go of its helpers and travels through your blood to your muscles, nerves and bones. Your body keeps what it needs. Your kidneys flush out the rest, the same way they handle extra water.
Why it's easy on your stomach
Because the magnesium gets through more easily, less of it sits in your stomach and gut. That's why this form is gentle on your stomach.
If you have kidney problems, check with your doctor before taking any magnesium.
